As our B2B SaaS Growth Advisor, you'll help us crack the clinic acquisition challenge. We have a compelling value proposition for clinics (qualified international patients, transparent pricing, reputation management) but need proven growth playbooks to scale from dozens to thousands of clinic partners.
We're looking for someone who has lived the early-stage SaaS growth journey - experimented relentlessly, found scalable channels, optimized every step of the funnel, and built repeatable systems. You understand that B2B healthcare requires trust-building, education, and demonstrating clear ROI.
Your expertise will help us balance rapid growth with quality standards, design the right incentives for clinic engagement, and build a sustainable, capital-efficient growth engine.

Join SafeTripVax Advisory Board as a B2B SaaS Growth Advisor. We're building a two-sided marketplace connecting clinics with international patients, and we need proven expertise in scaling B2B SaaS platforms, optimizing conversion funnels, and building viral growth loops.
This advisory role requires quarterly strategic sessions with our growth, product, and commercial teams to accelerate clinic onboarding, improve unit economics, and design scalable growth systems.

- •Optimize onboarding funnels and activation rates for clinic users
- •Design growth experiments and A/B testing frameworks
- •Guide pricing strategy and monetization models for clinic subscriptions
- •Review product-led growth initiatives and viral mechanics
- •Provide expertise on SaaS metrics, unit economics, and cohort analysis
- •Connect SafeTripVax with growth networks and potential partners
- •Participate in quarterly advisory board meetings (remote)
- •Ad-hoc consultation on critical growth challenges
Gereksinimler
- ✓8+ years in growth marketing or growth product roles
- ✓Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS from $1M to $10M+ ARR
- ✓Deep expertise in marketplace dynamics and two-sided platforms
- ✓Hands-on experience with growth analytics, experimentation, and optimization
- ✓Understanding of PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies
- ✓Strong grasp of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, churn, expansion revenue)
- ✓Experience building and leading growth teams
- ✓Data-driven mindset with ability to balance qualitative and quantitative insights
